Submit to Cant!

In light of our ongoing Numbers Trouble and the recent Count, we know you all are busting out your best work to submit. Please consider submitting work to the fellas over at Cant! Submission details below.



Cant, published bi-annually in Winter and Summer, is looking for poetry and poetry book reviews. Past issues have included the work of Eric Baus, John Gallaher, Noah Eli Gordon, Dorothea Lasky, Lisa Samuels, and Laura Solomon, among others. Cant is 40-52 pages, 4 ½ x 11, saddle stitched, with card stock cover. We accept poetry and poetry book review submissions year round. Only accepts submissions via e-mail at cantjournal@gmail.com. Include contact information with submission (i.e., name, address, and phone number). Simultaneous submissions okay. No previous published poems. Accepts 5-7 poems per submission (wait until you hear back on one before submitting again). Responds in 3-6 months. Time between acceptance and publication is approximately 6-12 months.
